Returns & Exchanges

At The Treadmill Factory, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fitness equipment purchase. If your product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it remains in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully disassemble the unit if necessary and pack it securely in its original box with all manuals, hardware, and accessories included.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or arrange for a freight pickup for larger items like treadmills and ellipticals to be sent back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
